I’m so grateful to Celina and the team at Pay Plan Solutions for all their support throughout my journey. ❤️ Celina has been absolutely amazing — so patient with me, always willing to answer my many questions, explain things clearly and guide me every step of the way. She genuinely carried me through the process and made what could have been a very stressful experience feel so much easier. I received my clearance letter, and within just two weeks everything was cleared by the credit bureaus. I was then able to qualify for new credit almost immediately, which has given me the opportunity to start rebuilding my credit score responsibly. I talk to pay plan solutions for help with my budget plan. The consultant was polite and. Explained the basic, which I appreciated. However, the process took longer than I expected and communication wasn't always clear.
