POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!

i have been paying for my debt review for over 4 years now and when ever I asked questions about statements and feedback on how far nobody knows anything THEY WILL TELL ME ILL GET AN EMAIL IN 5 OR 7 BUSINESSS DAYS! I have waited for their email till today nobody is assisting me but they know when to deduct the payment, i am not happy with their services I keep on paying there is no clear statement.
