Pay Plan, still under debt review after paying up my account

I've settled my account last month, I've sent proof of settlement on 26th June 2020. I phoned your offices last month and you stated that you now have to get a settlement letter from FNB and that everything should be done in a month with clearance certificate. I phone you again today on the 28th July and apparently you still waiting?!?!?! Where's the follow up? Why is no progress being made? It is unacceptable to be sitting in limbo when it is your task to be managing this. I should be out of debt review by now but instead all I hear is the bank being blamed, you should have followed up with the bank because it's clear my electronic proof is not good enough. I need this solved NOW.
