Not informing about fees

Recently I app**** at Payplan solutions, I was not informed about the fees payable, I put a stop order on my account for R4500 anf none of my creditors got paid. I am cancelling my application with Payplan and want a refund of R4500 that I do not get any feedback as to where this money was paid to creditors. Give me my money back!!! I do not want to deal with you people any longer.
