I truly appreciate your efficient, gracious customer service, the level of detail and accountability you demonstrated when assisting me, and the way you conduct business for Pay Plan as a whole. I could not be more satisfied with your work, and the relationship you went out your way to form with myself as a client. I would like to express my sincere appreciation for your service and over the countless emails received by myself asking for assistance in getting my clearance sorted you never ceased to fail or turn me away despite you not in the end being the company that were liable for all the turmoil and distress. Ever since my journey started right up to the end, you provided the highest quality service with customer service met with empathy and understanding, tolerance as well as going the extra mile, and you were quick to resolve any issues that arise, which were many in my case.
