Excellent Service as Always

<p>Firstly I would like to say to all the judgmental and critical people out there.. people on debt review is not necesarilly people who made more debt to be in the position they are in - life happened like retrenchments or if being a consultant areas being divided without proper compensation for loss of income etc.</p> <p> </p> <p>Another thing before I continue, people who complains about the 1st month or 2s initial attorney costs, clearly did not read their contracts to begin with prior to signing. Being on Debt Review, doesnt cancel your debt, arrangements with creditors are made to have your debt being repaid at an agreed reduced interest rate, which in turn gives you the oppertunity to start getting you life back on track again slowly for surely.</p> <p> </p> <p>Nevertheless, we are currently just over about midway through our debt review and I would like to firstly say thank you to Monica Botha, whom initially was our first point of contact. She was there with us every step of the way at the time I convinced my husband to take this route before losing everything completely! </p> <p>When our file was handed over to the back-office, two other ladies handled it, but clearly couldn't take the pressure of the type of work they were meant to do.</p> <p>Then Anthea Fernandes was appointed - which to date, I am very glad. She is compassionate in helping her clients with the creditors and is more than willing to walk the extra mile. </p> <p>You can always count on Athea to do as she says. Creditors sometimes takes a while to respond. Hence with most things financial, patience is a virtue as well. </p> <p> </p> <p>I really hope that these two ladies are compensated well, as they are part of the backbone of this company. Relationships between clients and consultants/liasons is crucial in making or breaking any business. Thank you Anthea for always following-up on any query whatsover and most of all, always being positive</p> <p>and have your ever friendly smile you can hear over the phone. I really helps one to stay motivated. Most of all thank you for not making your clients feel like ********* like some heartless creditors usually do. </p> <p> </p> <p>Thank you for always having an opendoor policy, as well as the prompt monthly statements and sms's once payment has been received and distributed.
