Clearance Certificate Horror

What does it take for one to get feedback from you guys. I have an email confirming the clearance certificate will be ready asap and after a few attempts of requesting it I'm being told that you are awaiting confirmation to go ahead with the clearance from credit provider. I really need the clearance certificate.
