Bad service, incorrect invoices, no knowledge, neglectful towards customer, interest increasing.

I have been struggling now for 5 months with Pay Plan Solutions and DC Partner on correcting my accounts. I pay a amount of R1700 every month and only about R85 was paid for September month. No one knows what is happening to my account and i have probably spoken to 50 people. I still receive invoices from my accounts such as Cell C saying im in credit but it is no longer on my DC Invoices and the total keeps going up, the same happens with my vodacom.

They have been very unreliable and negligent towards my accounts.
