Bad customer service from Celina Nell at Pay Plan Solution

I since send through a power of attorney document to Pay Plan Solutions regarding a FNB debt that doesn’t want to end to Celina Nell and to my surprise she has never bothered herself to respond to mail mail nor my calls cause I have been calling as well following up on my mail. Furthermore, nobody at Pay Plan Solutions bothers/care to contact me nor to find out if I was ever assisted or not so that somebody else can jump in and assist me.

It’s been more than 6 years now paying FNB the debt is not decreasing instead is increasing crazy nobody can tell me on my account interest brackets at FNB.

Please can I get some sort of help Pay Plan Solution and can it not be Celina Nell who assist me cause she failed already.
