Appalling service and dishonesty.

If I could give zero stars I would. I placed and paid for an order in December 2025. The last I heard from them was when they sent me a tracking number. According to them the order was delivered but I never received it. Courier company says it was delivered in some address in Soweto but I am in Illovo JHB. I have sent countless e-mails to Paws Palace but they do not even bother to reply. It has now been more than six months and still no joy or response.
