Lets start class action law suit against them

To all other irritated persons reading this I suggest we get together and start a class action lawsuit against this company. Reply to this message if you want to join. If we get enough people so we can spread the cost of a lawyer we sue them.

Some businesses just wont listen to reasonable requests.
