Russian or Eastern Europe accent ****mers using a 041 number registered on the Paw paw network. Most probably linked to a satellite phone and a ported 041 landline number to disguise their identity.

I want to report it to ICASA. They stole your identity and voice and try to get into your banking profile by mimicking your voice and getting acces to your online banking.
