Abusive and rude telemarketing company

Absolutely shocked at the brazen and deeply offensive attitude of the telemarketer who has just called from this company. This was an unsolicited call. I informed the agent as such and asked him to remove my details from his database. He ignored this and went on to repeat the offer (some “trading platform”) and then asked if I had used such a service. Again I repeated that I was not interested. Again he asked if I had used such a service in the past and I told him I am not prepared to share that information. He asked me why not?! When I rep**** again telling him that I wanted my details removed from the database and that I was not prepared to share any information, he responded saying “oh, quite the attitude hey!” How can it be in this day and age, that a telemarketer can force his s**** on you, and then abuse you like this? There is no accountability. There is no recourse, and this agent will continue with his abusive and forceful phonecalls. Blatant disregard for the POPI act too.
