Wrong Details

<p>In 2016 my baby was born. I was on on medical and my husband on a different one. Our baby when on my husbands medical from the day she was born. All medical stuff was handled and sorted... or so we thought. Only a year later, my father got a phone call saying he has been handed over by Pathcare for outstanding accounts. WHAT!!! He has never signed fo any account for my baby nor did he received a phone call, email or letter about this outstanding account! We found out a bit more just to hear this accounts was for my baby and some how "someone" gave them wrong details. Even the telephone number was wrong. Funny is how everyone got paid except them. Now we busy sorting this situation by getting the details right, but clearly Pathcare head office has uneducated/unschooled/rude staff and telephone opperaters. Luckily Discovery has offered to pay this accounts for us as long as the details are set right. Now after we got so far to get the stuff on the right details, still my fathers get messages to say they going to collect the money... this is after we explained everthing and the local pathcare department helped out. Very good servive from Klerlsdorp pathcare to help us to clear this situation! After this thing is sorted out, our household, my father's household and everyone we know will hear about this. Im also writing a letter to our local paper to tell how a company like Pathcare can give someone over without any letters or details of the person nor was there any prosses followed. This will not be left here. This story will be heard.</p>
