Worst from desk service - Parklands (10 Link Road) Pathcare

I called the Pathcare call centre to book an appointment to do my blood tests (as referred by the Dr). The call entre gave me a booked at 2pm. Well what do I know, these were my first blood test to do ever so I gladly took the 2pm appointment only to be heartlessly told by the front desk on arrival how I can show up at 2pm for blood tests. It was very unfriendly. I was not in good psychological state and anxious abt the testing and for the life of me, I peacefully walked out. Please take note that when people come for tests some of us are already traumatised about potential illnesses we might have and handle patients with extra care - a simple explanation would have been sufficient than rudely addressing a patient who has even arrived on time for an appointment.
