Worst Experience Ever!

I was at Melomed Mitchell’s Plain. Referred by an endocrinologist. The admin lady taking my details sped run through haphazardly

I do my test and get home. When I try to register on their app, she got both email and number wrong yet they were literally written in front of her. It was not a matter of me saying something wrong.

When I call today I was transferred to a lady to who dropped my call. Worst experience I’ve ever had, for someone going through a condition to be handled like this! Appalling!
