worst customer experience at pathcare
I was there for tests and paid it with my card on the spot, got my test results and I thought that would be it. And these ****s started to ruin my day every day for the last 7 months asking me to pay again for something I've already paid for.
How is it possible that if I'm not on medical aid that i would have my tests and test results without paying.
They are doing their best to not have return customers and destroy any trust if there is any.
If you are looking for the worst customer experience and would like to be bombarded with calls, emails and smses for something you have already paid for, then pathcare is for you.
