Worst collections ever experienced in my life

Pathcare must have the worst accounts department in South Africa. They never send you an invoice and then hand you over to Vericred. All they do is harass you over the phone. Their staff is so badly trained that they cannot send you an e-mail to refer to the matter at hand. They then keep harassing you without any information or reference to the account that is allegedly outstanding. They send you sms's without any way to act on it. It is infuriating. I am happy to pay if I owe money, but to date no one can send me anything to refer the alleged outstanding payments.
