WORSE SERVICE EVER

Last night I arrived at 19:00pm I waited for my Husband to come from work and he only arrived 18:45pm. When I got to Pathcare I was just about to enter all the staff stopped me and told me we closed that's nothing one of the ladies blatantly told me you can come sit mam but 'I'm going home"

Then out the blue the staff disappeared and ended up at the accounts department. Then the accounts lady came from the accounts department with her bag and told me the night staff doesn't know how to do INR testing. Then the night staff told me and I quote " WHY DO YOU COME SO LATE" with major attitude I nearly lost it. the way that night staff (lady) conducted her I demand an apology as a patient and most of all as a client. I'm paying medical aid to have that extra care and it's not as if I'm getting the service for free I'm paying due to my medical aid that's not covering my tests.

Now why are you people employing people with Major Ghetto attitude.

I have had it I'm going to keep on sending my emails but this is heading towards Social Media and I will be sending this off to your head of department.

Please note my health is just not important I was send away and my blood wasn't taken aswell as I haven't received my dosage We the people of Mitchell's plain should never ever except this disgusting service received by Pathcare or any private medical facility. So I will send my emails and send my email up until the staff of Mitchell's plain start serving with there heart filled with passion for the sick cause according to my observation non of this had been displayed to the " SO CALLED LOW CLASS PEOPLE: of Mitchell's plain.
