Won't email statements

I am the person responsible for paying the account but will not send me the statement. You can spam me with SMSes to pay but can't spam me with the statement?? If you want it paid, send me the statement, otherwise as far as I am concerned, by not sending me the statement, you agree the account does not need to be paid.
