When will peaple start doing there work...

I was admitted in a private hospital first in their ED department then admitted into the hospital, Pathcare labs took my bloods in ED, but now they are harassing me for payment. I told them it should have come out of my hospital stay. I have phoned them numerous times now they tell me there in no ICD-10 code, how is this my problem I'm only the patient, I even phoned my medical aid which is Discovery they said I must email me the invoice Pathcare emailed me, but still I sit with the same problem....Really Who is not doing there work..
