Very bad service

This complaint is against Pathcare where tests were done and incorrect information were provided regarding payments.

I am situated in Paarl and a Nurse Lombaard who is called Nightingale provides services where they come to your house to do antigen tests of which she is paid getting swabs. Thereafter tests are sent to pathcare only to find Pathcare is not doing the charges for normal rapid Antigen tests but for the Pcr tests which were not even done. If this Nurse Lombaard provides the service then she should do it correctly and provide the right information on the forms that she hands in for testing to Pathcare.
