Very Bad Service
Im so dissapointed with their service....i gave birth last year june...and the hospital made blood tests on my baby and i havent heard from them or get a statement that i owe them....they didint even send me a statement after full ten months i received a call from the lawyers that i owe pathcare and they even handed me to the lawyers. Ver Bad service and how can you hand someone to the lawyers with out telling them that the medical didint cover the costs? With out contacting me? Without any statements? Im so dissapointed on path care services. IM SO ANGRY cause if they let me know by statement i was going to pay it without me going to their lawyers and pay more....i feel like they failed me....cause now i have to pay them and the lawyers Aswell...and the lady who called me was rude telling me i should know that i owe path care.

Our admin staff followed up with medical aid on your behalf by sending them paper claims of the services on the 15/09/2020 On the 29/09/2020 our admin staff member called you on cell *** at 13:17 hrs , you advised that you will take up the non-payment of accounts with Gems as baby’s join date was the 01/09/2020. Our staff member proceeded to email you the statement and invoices on the same day: ***
We have not heard back from you since this call and our collections process followed until hand over.
