Utter frustration with incompetence and harradment over paid acount

No STARS!! AFTER SENDING PR99F OF.OVER- PAYMENT AND REQUESTING A REFUND,i am being harrased from the debt collectors no, and the forthcoming adjustment as pledged is still outstanding.

I have made.oayments to this account priorly and was sent a different amount owed. (R935),which I over -paid!!,I suggest you investigate thoroughly.. and adapt your cilommunicationstyle... acall from you would have sufficed but instead you esponded with threats from your debt collectors???calling twice and an email within 2 hours??? I call that harrasmment too.
