unprocessed claim

I did a Covid-19 test on the 3rd May 2020, I never received any email or message or call to say test was not paid for, I got an sms from my cousin, saying I am taken to attorneys, when I phoned the attorneys they said I owe over a R1000, I told them i have a medical aid, it was supposed to pay, I phoned my medical aid, they confirmed that there was no claim made for may 2020, I have a problem with what pathcare did, they didnt inform me about the unpaid account, they jumped into sending the account to the attorneys, they need to fix this and claim from my medical aid, I gave them my medical details and my details.
