Unhelpful service

<div>My mom and I went to Pathcare Laboratories in Mossel Bay, yesterday, for a blood test. The ladies who helped me and my mom were very rude and shouted at us. One of the ladies, *****&nbsp; I think her name was (she had blonde hair and almost pale skin), spoke to my mom as if she was committing an ******* offence by requesting for another blood test to be taken. The other lady, not sure of her name (brown to black hair and wears glasses), was also rude with my mom. I am very disappointed that the nurses speak harshly to patients. I expected this from another laboratory not PathCare which I have taken blood tests with for many years. So far I have only had good service from a lady by the name of Angelique and another lady who was working as a phlebotomist, I also can't remember her name. These ladies have been helpful and advised my mom and I on the different tests listed on the PathCare form. I don't expect a call from PathCare with a lame apology about the service and that they will try to resolve the issue in the future as I know this issue won't be sorted at all.</div>
