Unfair Treatment

<p>I have had a very unpleasent experience with the people from pathcare. I have never received an invoice for the lab however the decided on their own to hand over my account to the lawyers. I could not pay what i was not billed for. There was poor customer service, I did not know what i was being billed for. i indicated to the lady who called to send the email as it was the best communication method at that point but however decided to send out a post. I do not understant why she did call me back immedialty whe the email bounced. I hate that my credit rocord is being messed up all because administrators are lazy to do a simple follow up call.</p>
