UNAUTORIZED PAYMENTS TAKEN FROM NON-RESPONSIBLE PERSON

Me and my husband had to take regular PCR tests for travelling at Pathcare, and PAID for all those tests. He was in a credit with Pathcare. His latest Statement received from Pathcare, shows my medical invoices on his name, and they deduct my outstanding amount from his credit balance. This is without consent. We are two individuals that happens to be married while both of us had our own medial aids. Both responsible for our own medical expenses. But Pathcare take money from him for my account? This is theft! When I phoned to complain, I was told the system does it, Candice cannot help me. The supervisor will only be in tomorrow. If they can do this to me, they can do this to you!!!
