Traumatized my 20day old baby

My 20day old baby had to have a few tests done which was requested by the Paediatrician at Gateville Mellomed. When I went to the Pathcare lab to get the tests done I knew that it would be a little traumatic for baby as blood needed to be drawn. The technician on duty was all over the place didn't know where what was it even the extention for the Dr. She attempted to draw blood and then after *****ing baby which she also said had to be painful she realized that the sample was to little. She then *****ed him again in the other wrist and again the blood was to little. By this time I had left already an received a call to say that I needed to come back because of insufficient blood drawn. I went back and baby had to be *****ed a third time but I requested that the head nurse do it as the technician wasn't able to do her job the first time around. I received a call back from the Paed to say again some tests were not done as he requested and now baby needs to draw bloods again. I am done traumatizing my done like this. This is not ok. Surely techinicians need to know what amount of blood is needed for all testing. I'm OBV going to be billed for incomplete testing. NOT HAPPY
