Hello Pathcare,

Thank you for the Final Notice email threatening me with damaging my otherwise perfect credit score: "Your account for Pathology services is now long overdue. We urge you to make payments promptly to avoid us having to take further action".

I am not overly impressed with you about this. I have had no responses to my emails to you, so not sure as to whether I am wasting my time or not. Please review your system as it is offensive and inefficient. Healthcare should be beneficial and without a hassle to get the bill paid. This final notice nonsense without a single phone call nor first email is absurd.

Seeing as this was the first notice of an outstanding account with Pathcare yet somehow a final notice, the payment will be made at first opportunity on payday being the 23 February 2018. I am a qualified bookkeeper thus I do understand how this works.
