Third time's the charm

We settled a blood test more than a month ago of R1584.60.

We then received another account for the same amount, after several attempts to understand the difference ... the amount was for bloodwork and the other cultures. however, there was no difference in the pages sent and the amount looks to be doubled up to total R1584.60. I was met with "We know hard to understand that there is no difference in the accounts, but the amount is outstanding..." Ridiculous, but paid none the less for 2 accounts now. We now have received a third account... with the same amount and its outstanding... and 60 days overdue; this would now be the third account same amount same person on the same day for bloodwork, but no explanation as to difference again.

Also, something to note is that a patient can have an account without an ID/passport number linked to it... making it hard to trace back accounts... according to Pathcare. This a basic IT error, where a patient must be linked to account via identification and if not able to (due to Unconscious) then a special type of account is created and when discharged (the patient must be identified at this point), must be linked back an actual account and the other marked as removed. Otherwise utter chaos and outstanding amounts for accounts already settled.
