THEY OWE ME MONEY AND KEEP DEBITING MY ACCOUNT

<p>I made arrangements for pathcare to debit money(R600)into my account monthly to pay them off. 3 months ago I paid the outstandibg fees in full and I called pathcare before paying the outstanding amount so that they may stop debiting money from account. THEY HAVE NOT STOPPED. THEY ARE STILL DEBITING WHEN INFACT I DO NOT OWE THEM..</p> <p>I have sent emails, called the accounts section and they are still debiting. I was promised a refund last month but they still debited this month.</p> <p>THIS IS TOTALLY UNACCEPTABLE
