The worst accounts department I have ever dealt with!

The accounts department of this company is shocking! They do not send an invoice but send a SMS offering 20% discount for phoning a number which they do not answer (I tried 3 times). They then send emails asking for payment – still no invoice. They then send an invoice – no banking details. I lost a 20% discount due to their incomitance and they refuse to acknowledge it! They are well known for shocking accounts but this takes the cake….last time I’ll ever use them – my advice….look elsewhere.
