The most Incompetant employees!!!

I went for a blood test at the beginning of January and paid at the Pathcare desk while I was waiting to give blood. I live in London so wanted to pay straight away, which I did.

Then last week I get an invoice from them requesting payment! I responded saying I had already paid and that it is not my problem that they cant reconcile there accounts. I am now on week two of being harassed by these people, they have even called my mother in SA requesting payment. I have sent them the screenshot from my account showing the payment that came off my card.

I have never come across such an *********** bunch of people. I honestly think its best they all go pack bags at Checkers.

This is the list of apparent accounts people that work for Pathcare that have absolutely no idea what they are doing Gail Gough, Norenchia Macatees and Lucien Ras. I think its important to name and shame companies and there staff when they chose to harass customers and are unable to do there jobs.
