Terrible Experience!!

I am not even surprised that the ratings are so bad. My husband had blood tests done in an emergency situation and I am being hounded for a payment that the medical aid has declared as “multi-billing” … I have been trying to understand why they are claiming for something 8 times, when the limit is 2 per day. I have called and e-mailed multiple times trying to understand and all they say is that I need a motivation from the doctor. No one is interested in explaining why they are claiming for the same thing 8 times!!! Today I received an email that the account has been handed over to debt collectors, whereas they told me that they will resubmit the claim to the medical aid!!
