TAKING PENSIONERS TO COURT

i received an sms informing me of an outstanding Balance that occurred in April 2025. According the telephone call they have all my details yet they choose to send my ' to avoid further action' smses instead 3 months after the fact!! So i called to understand what this threatening sms is about as i don't recall using pathcare! I call and then i get asked when will i pay, i had to ask what the bill was about and for whom. Its for a pensioner!!!

Then i get asked when will i pay, i had to ask for an invoice and then 3 weeks later i still don't have an invoice - call again and i hear we did send it but the lady i spoke with did NOT confirm the full email address.

Eventually i get the invoice which states click on the PAYGATE LOGO NO LOGO GIVEN!!

Ask for the banking information and here we are 4 days later NO response. I guess they will wait for another 3-6 months so they can yet again send a pensioner threatening smses - of legal action i guess!!!!!
