Sick and tired of ridiculous bills email and sms cost, duplication.

Good day , I have spoken to path care last year before that I received no statement or communication from them, and told them I have been invoices incorrectly, during my pregnancy is the only time I used them. I have received no reply, THEN today I receive a call that I have been handed over. I cannot pay incorrect statement received, extra billing ! Path care just hands over ! In 3 weeks time I'm planning to look for a house to buy, and this handover ain't fair!
