Sick an tired of ridiculous bills

I receive a statement from you guys and i do not understand the billing i rep**** to the email that was send to me requesting an explanation of the billing same invoice was sent to me without any explanation this is not the first time i am been billed ridiculous amount but i just kept quite and paid this time around im not keeping quite i need an explanation.
