**** or incompetence?

My son was admitted in hospital because he was ill and many tests were made to him. I paid almost R10,000 for all of them. Pathcare has made me paid more than 3,000 for one of those tests. I have asked them to tell me what test was made to my son for that money and privide me with an invoice, but nobody has rep**** my telephone call nor my 2 emails. I got a statement for that money but my insurance refuses to refund me because no test is detailed in "description". I am starting to think that somebody has just kept my money, because nobody can be so ***********.
