**** or incompetence?
My son was admitted in Life Groenkloof Hospital on the 18th September 2020 and many tests wete made to him. I had to paid almost R10,000 for those tests. Since then, I have been asking Pathcare Vermaak to provide me with the invoices to claim a refund to my medical insurance. One of the invoices for more than R3,000 does not detail the test made in "description", so the insurance is not refunding me the money. I have asked Pathcare Vermaak to confirm me the test made to my son but they can't. I am starting to think that no test was made yo my son and that they have just kept my money. Nobody can be so ***********!
