Request for translation

Good day Pathcare, I called requesting translation of my blood test results on the 24th, they advised I email this request which I did to *** On the same day *** responds stating his forwarded to relevant department. 25 June I email again and ask for an update NO RESPONSE 26 email asking for update NO RESPONSE

So I have to do gymnastics to get a translation of my results? It's paid which means it's mine to ask for. This Shane character shouldn't be at the helpdesk because his not very helpful!
