Refusing to amend tariff code
Blood test with the code 3974 and 4434 was done by Pathcare but claim was rejected by my medical aid who informed them it is an invalid tariff code and provided them with the correct code to claim with which is 3976 but Pathcare is refusing to amend the code and now I am liable for the test not paid
