Refund ignored

I have advised pathcare via e mail twice in the last 2 weeks that they need to refund us for an overpayment made. The supporting documents have all the information they require. They do not respond to the query. They keep advising me they have removed the email address from their system. I want my refund which they refuse to acknowledge
