Pro-rata and leave days pay

I was employed by Pathcare and had to resign with immediate effect after getting a better offer to the next company. In my days with Pathcare I still had 10 days vacation leave and worked two weeks before resigning. I was told that I owe the company and was not paid my pro-rata salary. Please help
