Please give me a explination
Please can you assist in telling me what procedures you follow with accounts??? I have made an arrangement to pay R650 a month. Every month up to today I have done that as my bank statements will indicate. I have received a call from your lawyers and have been notified that I have been handed over for not paying my bill…If that was the case I have not been notified in any way…I find this extremely embarrassing and unacceptable!!!This now reflects badly on my name!!!Can you please get in contact with me and explain WHY I was handed over???
