Good day Heather, I honestly dont see the point in me even sending it to you. I have to now take the time off work again and go into your offices to have the same procedure done. I went on the 11/06/2018 to your Parow office for an HIV and Cotinine test and then again on the 21/06/2018 to your Cape Town office for a fbc. I now have to go back to your offices for an HIV and Cotinine test. These tests are all in regards to Life Insurance that is being issued by Metropolitan. Further to our investigation with our laboratory and Metropolitan, re your above complaint, the tests performed were requested by Metropolitan, as confirmed by their broker. No specimen was lost by us, as all results were received. You have also not rep**** to our enquiry about the bruising on your arm.

We tried contacting you on the cell no. provided, but to no avail. After sending you an sms, we received your sms response, confirming that PathCare was not at fault.

This matter is now regarded as closed.
