Pathetic services

I came to the pathcare depot in Ladybrand with my brother to do a test, which he did 3 weeks ago. I waited to be assisted for more than 30 minutes. Eventually when it was our turn Xoliswa Maya was the one on the from desk she demanded a paper from the doctor which I told her that last time we were here without, the results were taken to the doctor and she refused to assist us and said we need a birth certificate which we didn't last time, we just gave an ID number. She has a *** attitude and this town has doesn't need her likes.
