Pathetic Service Pathcare!!!

I have been struggling with an unpaid account from Pathcare since last year September. They submitted a paper claim to my medical aid in September 2019 without the referring doctor's details. I called them to query and asked that they submit the new paper claim with the doctors details, they send the exact same paper claim without the doctors practice number, which resulted in the account not being paid again. I receive another warning that this account is not paid (final notice), I call Gems and I call pathcare just to find out that they never submitted the correct paper claim. In January 2020 this bill of R949 is still unpaid and the medical aid now cannot pay the claim without proof that the paper claim was submitted within the claim period. I call Pathcare again, probably for the 5th time and ask them so nicely to please submit the correct paper claim, they tell me it will be resolved. Today, 05 June 2020 it still has not been resolved. I receive an sms from my medical aid saying that a claim of R1874 has been submitted to them (Dietrich Bruce E Street & Partners) which is double the original amount claimed and obviously this account is not handed over. My question remains how is this claim my fault and my responsibility when Pathcare's accounts department failed to submit the correct paper claim to the medical aid after I've informed them on numerous occasions about the details on the claim not being correct. How does my credit record become severely affected by a mistake Pathcare made???
