Pathetic service

I have laid a complaint about Pathcare in Paarl before, the Accounts department and Now I have to waste energy on this matter again. I was assured that it was sorted and that I would receive the correct information via email about the correct amounts to be given.

I want the Accounts department to sort this matter out and especially Sandra Van der Merwe should be called to order because she in the past was not doing the write work and I received last day threatening letters so I am not going to accept this again! When you are in the wrong!
