Pathcare's dishonest account practices

It seems that Pathcare has a nice little **** going regarding their billing practices. I have read on this forum how there are other people who have had similar experiences to mine. It seems that Pathcare don't send accounts to people but wait for a few years, then suddenly the account holder receives a notification that they've been handed over. This is now the second time this has happened to me. Yesterday, I was informed that I've been handed over for an account from December 2017. This is the first time I've received a copy of the account. So, Pathcare deliberately withholds an account, waits a few years to accrue interest on said account, hands it over to a collection agency who adds their fees and the poor client needs to fork over for their dishonesty. Furthermore, Pathcare never acknowledge any form of payment and once an account is paid, one never receives statements or invoices and in fact, I overpaid on my last account and have never received a refund. I shall be reporting Pathcare to the Ombudsman and any relevant oversight body with regards to what is blatant dishonesty and exploitation.
